Our history
A product of sheer compassion, dedication and with over a decade-long experience in the healthcare industry, Confluence Care Services Limited was formally incorporated in the UK and began delivering services on 31 May 2024. From day one, we have set out to bridge compassionate care with modern domiciliary, supported living, and complex care services.

Mr. Alpha Umaku Omale
Confluence Care Services was born out of a deep belief that care should be more than just a service. It began as sheer love and compassion for all around me, especially the aged.
My vision has always been to create a place where individuals can live with dignity, independence, and the assurance that their wellbeing is at the heart of everything that we do.
At Confluence Care Services Ltd, our values guide everything we do. We are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care with dignity and respect. Through integrity, accountability, and collaboration, we strive for excellence while safeguarding the wellbeing, safety, and rights of those we support. My drive to build this company came from seeing first-hand the gaps in traditional care, where people’s voices were sometimes lost. I wanted to change that. I wanted to create a service that flows like the rivers in our name — two streams joining together in harmony — where professional care meets personal choice, and where every individual is valued as more than their needs.
